Learn to embroider in this three-hour Beginner Embroidery Class. We will be stitching this picturesque seascape based on Pigeon Point Lighthouse, just North of Monterey Bay. All materials are covered in the class cost and will be mailed to you in advance of the workshop day. You will learn how to transfer a pattern, several decorative stitches, and how to finish the project in the hoop. Most students get 2/3 of their projects done in class.

The first step in knitting a sweater that fits is knowing your actual measurements. The specifics in this class can be adapted to ANY sweater. The pattern we will be using in this series is the Randall Sweater from the hit TV show Outlander.
This is a 6 part class series. The pattern can be found in the Outlander book and is NOT available on Ravelry. You will need the pattern for class.
Required Materials: Outlander Pattern Book (not included)
Suggested Yarn/Kit (Not included): Fraiser Randall Sweater. If you purchase the kit you will receive a class for 50% off!

This class will introduce you to two-finger stranded colorwork. It is a great way to learn to knit continental or throw if you do not already know how to do both. You should be comfortable with knitting in the round and reading charts. The class also teaches a Latvian Braid, corrugated ribbing, and how to catch floats.
The Class fee includes 1 skein of red yarn, 1 skein of cream yarn, and the pattern.
