Mindful Monday - Follow Up

I've been thinking a lot about last week's post and decided to do a quick follow-up this week regarding the list I encouraged you to make.  Our courageous leader, Holly, was brave enough to share her list of 5:

  1. Make tortillas
  2. Make macarons
  3. More doll making
  4. Macrame
  5. Arm knitting

If you didn't write down your list but you've been thinking about it, that's ok.  I encourage you again to do so today.  You'd be surprised how inspiring a written down list can be.  Here's my list:

  1. Continental knitting
  2. Improve colorwork techniques
  3. Daily yoga practice
  4. Brioche
  5. Write a pattern

It can also be a little scary because now it's out there in the ether, but remember what we talked about last time?  Will we complete everything on our list?  Maybe not, but it's ok if we fail; what's important is that we try!
